📌 Payment Terms
To keep every transaction clear and protected, we follow these simple steps:
1️⃣ Reservation Invoice Issued
Once you choose your puppy, we send a Reservation Invoice with:
Puppy name
Purchase price
Delivery or pickup details
Payment instructions
Invoices are valid for 48 hours to hold your puppy.
2️⃣ Initial Deposit Payment — $300—$500 Reservation Fee
-For buyers who want to pickup or shipping on a later date
A Deposit is required to:
Reserve your puppy
Secure their place in our system
Begin preparation for vet checks, paperwork, and travel arrangements
Without the deposit, puppies cannot be held.
3️⃣ Final Payment — Before Delivery
The remaining balance is due:
Before pickup
ORBefore your puppy is shipped
Once full payment is received, we release all final documents, including:
Health/Vet Record Book
Vaccination & Deworming Proof
Puppy Transfer/Ownership Record
Travel documents (if shipped)
