• Replace your puppy with another of equal value, or

If such a condition is found within the first year, we will:

Our guarantee does not cover issues that are common or caused by environment, including:

• Parasites (worms, fleas, ticks — easy to treat and common in puppies)

• Minor colds, diarrhea, or stress-related issues

• Hypoglycemia (common in tiny and teacup puppies)

• Allergies or reactions to new environments

• Injuries after the puppy leaves our home

• Neglect, lack of proper nutrition, or improper care

These conditions are not genetic defects and are manageable with routine care.
